Hurricane Lowell Update

Our teams are continuing to assess the resort and complete needed repairs in coordination with recovery contractors.  We remain focused on restoring amenities and services and providing a safe and comfortable experience for arriving Owners and guests.

What to Expect on Kaua'i 

The island is currently undergoing active cleanup and recovery efforts. As such, you may notice restoration activity, construction work, and temporary closure of public parks and beaches in certain areas of Kauaʻi during your visit. Travel to some areas and attractions may also be restricted by local authorities. For information about local conditions and travel-related updates, we encourage you to visit the Kaua’i County website. 

Thank you for your understanding as our teams recover from Hurricane Lowell’s impact. We look forward to welcoming Owners and guests to the resort. 

Construction Notice

Beginning Aug. 9, 2026 to Nov. 16, 2026, in Hale 1 through 5 and Jan. 10, 2027 to Mar. 3, 2027, in Hale 6 through 8, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. The construction will be done floor by floor for each Hale. A property wide fire alarm system upgrade will be completed at this time. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Resort amenities will remain open.
